Thomas C. Baker

PLATTEVILLE - Thomas Clinton Baker, age 58, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, formerly of Platteville, passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Tom was born in Platteville, Wisconsin on July 18, 1959, to Lee and Fredonia (Whitted) Baker. A man of great faith and integrity, Tom served as a dedicated employee of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK.

Tom is survived by his father, Lee Baker and stepmother Marilyn (Burbach) Baker of East Dubuque, IL, and six siblings: Terri (Steve) Eigen of Milwaukee, WI, Tana Allan of Aurora, CO, Toni Parish of Onalaska, WI, Todd Baker of Platteville, WI, Tricia (Paul) Zeigle of St. Louis Park, MN, and Ted Baker of Colorado Springs, CO, and loving nieces, nephews, and colleagues.

Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Fredonia, brother, Tim, and his paternal and maternal grandparents. A celebration of Tom’s life will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at the Harry and Laura Nohr Gallery, Ullsvik Hall University of Wisconsin - Platteville. Nephew, Justin Griffin, will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society https://www.cancer.org/.
