Susan J. (Ploc) Snider

Susan J. (Ploc) Snider, age 73, of Platteville, WI, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 8, 2018. She was born March 21, 1945 in Madison, WI, the daughter of Rudy and Patricia (Hogan) Ploc. She graduated from Madison West High School, and married Garth Snider on March 13, 1971 in Madison, WI. Susan worked at the Wisconsin Department of Unemployment in Madison, First National Bank of Platteville, Diamond Jo Casino in Dubuque, IA, and most recently at Walmart in Platteville.

Susan is survived by her husband, Garth; a son, Matthew Snider; a granddaughter, Ellie Flynn Snider; two sisters: Penny Miller and Gail (Don) Garczynski; two brothers: Patrick (Donna) Ploc and Michael (Jeanne) Ploc; and a brother-in-law, John Snider.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Ploc Baker.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no formal funeral services. A private burial will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the Susan J. (Ploc) Snider Family at 100 Park Place, Platteville, WI, 53818. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville is entrusted with her services.
