Sally A. Radsek,age 83, ofPotosi, WI, was welcomed into her heavenly home on April 1, 2017. With family at her side, she passed peacefully in her sleep at her son's home in West Bend, WI.

Sally was born inPotosi, WI onMarch 9, 1934; the daughter of Floyd and Dorcas (Fritz) Retallick. She graduated fromPotosi High School in 1952. Sally was united in marriage toRichard "Dick" RadsekonJuly 18, 1952. Sally was a member of Faith, Lutheran Church in Lancaster, WI and a member of the Ladies Aid. Sally enjoyed decorating cakes, crocheting, participating in the Grant County Fair, volunteering at the Potosi Historical Society, as well as serving as an EMT for Potosi Rescue Squad. Sally also loved writing stories of her younger life and sharing them with family.

Sally is survived byher children; James (Marla) Radsek of Trevor, WI, Judith (Mark) Johnson of Oswego, IL, Joseph (Dawn) Radsek of West Bend, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, 2 sister-in-laws Carol (Ken) Trehey, Patricia (Edward) Meyer, and 1 brother-in-law Jerry (Jan) Radsek as well as many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Sally is preceded in death byher husband of 44 years, Richard Radsek, her parents Floyd and Dorcas (Fritz) Retallick, her sister and brother-in-law Jane and Henry Flessner, her in-laws Adolph and Lucille Radsek, 1 sister-in-law Lois Radsek and 1 granddaughter Kyra Radsek, and other extended family.

The funeral service was held at10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017, atFaith Lutheran Church, Lancaster, with Pastor Joel Voss officiating. Burial followed atVan Buren Cemetery, Potosi. Visitation was held atMartin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory, 1234 S Madison St, Lancaster, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2017, and at Faith Lutheran from 9:00 a.m. until time of services on Friday, April 7, 2017. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Faith Lutheran Church, Institutional Ministries, or Potosi Fire & Rescue.

The family ofSally wishes to thank Horizon Hospice for their excellent care especially her nurse Tammy, Michelle her CNA, and Lindsey her SW. They would also like to thank all the friends and neighbors from the Potosi area that helped assist Sally with rides to church, doctors appointments, shopping and generally checking in on her these past few years.
