Ricky P. Eastlick

Ricky Paul Eastlick, age 48, of Potosi, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born August 29, 1966, the son of Gerald and Margaret (Oyen) Eastlick. Rick attended Potosi High School. He was a Chicago Cubs fan, and a member of the Happy Clovers 4 H club. Rick was employed as a mason, bricklayer, and most recently, operating an excavating business. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on the family farm. Rick dearly loved spending time with his son Jacob, and attending all of his activities.

Survivors include his parents Gerald and Margaret Eastlick, his son, Jacob, and his mother, Linda Orr, a sister, Wendy S. Reuter, his niece and goddaughter, Paige (Tyler Clauer) Reuter and their son, Ryder Clauer, a nephew, Preston Reuter, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Tennyson with Father Richard Leffler officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Family and friends called on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Catholic Church, and on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. until time of services. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Rick Eastlick memorial fund has been established. The Martin Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Potosi is assisting the family.
