 Pamela S. Lolwing, age 53, of Bagley, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2009, at Prairie Memorial Hospital, Prairie du Chien.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, December 5, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington with Father Bart Timmerman officiating. Burial was in Bagley Cemetery, Bagley. Friends called on Friday, December 4, 2009, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington and from 9:00 a.m. until time of services on Saturday.

She was born on August 16, 1956, in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Charles and Helen (Schumann) Lester. Pamela attended Sacred Heart Grade School and graduated from Hempstead High School in Dubuque, IA, in 1975. On August 13, 1988, Pamela was united in marriage to Dennis A. Lolwing at the Arboretum in Dubuque, IA. She was employed in the medical field as a secretary, clerk, registrar and most recently, with the Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital. Pamela was employed with the Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA for twenty one years in various departments. She also worked for Dodge Street Anesthesiologists PC, United Clinical Laboratories, starting her work experience at the Dubuque Boys Club. Pamela took great joy in baking and distributing her goodies to neighbors and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Lolwing, Bagley; her siblings: Rick Lester, Dubuque, IA; Robert Joe (Judy) Lester, Epworth, IA; Tina (Rick) Tittle, Dubuque, IA; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon, and a brother, Jeff.

Denny and the family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of Gunderson Lutheran Hospital and Clinic in LaCrosse and Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital and Gunderson Lutheran Clinic in Prairie du Chien for their loving care, thoughts, prayers and cards. A Pamela S. Lolwing memorial fund has been established.

Gone, yet not forgotten. Although we are apart, your spirit lives within me, forever in my heart.
