 Mildred T. Dietrich, age 90, of Cassville, died  Thursday, March 21, 2013, at home surrounded by family.

 Mildred was born on  October 26, 1922, in Glen Haven, the daughter of Frank and Margaret Hess. Mildred married Charles Dietrich of Cassville on September 11, 1945. She was a lifelong member of St. Charles Catholic Church, the NCCW, and the V.F.W. Wives' club. Mildred was a wonderful mother and grandmother who loved her family and community. She enjoyed dancing, cooking, baking, and playing cards. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

 Mildred is survived by her daughters: Patricia (Robert) Gregory of Madison, Nancy (Michael) Wish of Onalaska, Susan Jones of Princeton, Madonna (Denis) David of Cassville and Mary (Allen) Lee of Cassville; six grandchildren: Stacia Myers-Kriesser, Krista Klaas, Robert Gregory, Jr., Dana Gregory-Vike, Michael Wish, Jr., and Nicole Wish-Schaefer and four great-grandchildren: Paige Kriesser, Jade Kriesser, Chase Gregory, and Luke Vike Jr.

She will be joined in heaven by her parents; husband, Charles and son, Steven (survived by Deanna Dietrich); brother, Arthur, and sisters, Armella and Irma.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at St. Charles Catholic Church, Cassville, with the Father John Meinholz officiating. Burial was in St. Charles Cemetery, Cassville Township. Friends called on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. The Martin Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cassville is serving the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be given in Mildreds memory to the Cassville Rescue Squad, Cassville, WI 53806 or Grant County Hospice, Lancaster, WI 53813.
