Michael W. “Mike” Udelhoven, age 57 of Cassville, WI, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Lancaster. He was born in Dubuque, IA, on March 15, 1961, the son of Jerry and Delores (Morgan) Udelhoven. Mike was raised and schooled in Cassville and went on to join the U.S Navy, where he served from April 1979 until April 1985. He was united in marriage to Rachel Rial in 1988. Mike worked for many years as an independent, self-employed truck driver. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, kayaking, and doing mechanic work.
Mike is survived by his wife, Rachel; step-children: Robert Dewayne Koch and Charmae Grattan; 4 step-grandchildren: Triston, Seth and Keliegh Koch, and Kennth Grattan; his mother, Delores Udelhoven; siblings: Peggy (Dennis) Wiest, Pam Udelhoven, Steve (Zena) Udelhoven, Sue (Joe) Kremer, Todd (Julie) Udelhoven, Laura (Kurt) Bolden; a special goddaughter, Seirra Mumm, and many other nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, Jerry, Mike was preceded in death by a step-grandson, Keagan Koch.
In keeping with Mike’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Cassville is assisting the family.
