Mary L. Richardson

Mary L. Richardson, age 64, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, surrounded by her family. She was born August 31, 1949 the daughter of James and Murial (Klinger) Dailey. Mary married David F. Richardson on June 11, 1966 at Grandview Methodist Church in Dubuque. She graduated From Potosi High School, and was employed at Loudspeaker Component in Lancaster for over forty years. Mary enjoyed bowling, country dancing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving is her husband Dave, her children; Lori Wagar, Michelle Richardson, Michelyn (Todd) Clanton, and David (Melissa) Richardson, Jr. ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, her sisters and brothers; Margaret (Gary) Sedgwick, Valerie Dailey, Jay (Rhonda) Dailey, Trudy (Henry) Anderson, Rick (Marcia), and Brian (Donna) Dailey, many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two son in laws, Gary Krantz and James Wagar, and a granddaughter Sandra Krantz.

Funeral services were held on Friday August 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Friends called on Friday, August 1, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

In lieu of plants and flowers, a Mary L. Richardson memorial fund has been established.
