Mary Grace Janssen, age 68, passed away peacefully onSaturday, October 31, 2015, surrounded by familyatGrant Regional Health Center inLancaster, WI. She was born onMay 20, 1947,inLancastertoWalterandCatherine (Reynolds) Leibfried. Marygraduated fromLancaster High schoolin1965.

On August 24, 1968, she was united in marriage to Rodger Janssen at St. Clement Church in Lancaster. They were happily married for47years.

Mary owned and operated the Arrow Inn Restaurant in Lancaster for 15 years where she touched the lives of many people. She was a wonderful listener and often provided a friendly ear and good advice. Mary enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren who were her pride and joy. She was an avid Badger, Packer and Brewer fan.

Sheis survived byhusband, Rodger; three loving sons: Rob (Tammy) of Dubuque, IA; Jay (Melissa) of Baraboo; Brian (Denise) of Lancaster; three grandchildren: Anna & Adam Janssen and Braeden Bausch; father-in-law, Robert Draves of Lancaster; three sisters: Catherine ''Kate'' (Larry ''Laker'' Schildgen) Schindler of Lancaster; Helen Krohn of Verona; and Joan (Leonard) Stich of Morrisville, PA.

She is also survived by sisters-in-law: Patti (Curtis) Busby of Fort Morgan, CO; Alonna (Phil) Pointon of Baraboo; many nieces and nephews.

Marywas preceded in death byher parents, Walter and Catherine; mother-in-law, Eileen (Potter) Draves; brother, Thomas Leibfried; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Marcella Leibfried, brother-in-law, Donovan Krohn; a niece, Sharon Krohn.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Reverend John Sasse officiating. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Family and friends called on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church and one hour prior to the services at the church on Thursday. In lieu of plants and flowers a Mary G. Janssen Memorial Fund has been established.
