Mary P. Cuchna, age 86, of Bloomington, died Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster, WI.
Mary was born January 28, 1929, to Al and Leila (Hampton) Neises. She graduated from Bloomington High School. In 1964, she married Arnold ''Coke'' Cuchna and they farmed in Millville Township for many years.
Surviving are a daughter, Sheila (Kurt) Hampton, of Bloomington; a son, Rich (Maria) Cuchna, of Manchester, MD; and six grandchildren: Jillian and Kyle Hampton, Francesca and Nicholas Cuchna, Jennifer O'Rourke, and Joshua Jackley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Coke, in September 2014; her son, Jeff Jackley, in 2003; her parents, Leila, in 1967 and Al, in 1985; her sister, Betty Gessner, in 1982; and her brothers, James Neises, in 1977; Joseph Neises, in 1979; and Fritz Neises, in 1996.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015 (Saturday after Thanksgiving), at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bloomington, with Fr. John Meinholz officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Family and friends called from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Martin Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Bloomington is assisting the family.
