Karen Harris

Karen A. Harris, age 72, of Lancaster, died Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Lancaster. Karen was born on December 30, 1942, to George and Dorothy (Dubel) Harris. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, babysitting, cleaning, riding her bike, sweets, and Diet Pepsi.

Karen is survived by her step-mother, Donalean Harris of Bagley; and several nieces, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Terry and Jack Harris; and her dear friend, Clara Mae Scott.

Funeral Services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at the Lancaster United Methodist Church, with Reverend Jean Schmidt officiating. Burial was in Bagley Cemetery. Friends called an hour prior to the service Saturday at the church. Schwartz Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lancaster is assisting the family.

Memorials are preferred to the Lancaster United Methodist Church.
