Joshua M. Clauer

Joshua M. Clauer, age 33, of Beetown, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020, at Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster. He was born on February 5, 1987, in Platteville, the son of Michael and Angela (Knapp) Clauer.
Survivors include Ashley Clauer, mother of Paitton and Destinee Clauer; Jill Arensdorf, mother of Angela Clauer; his father, Mike Clauer; his paternal grandmother, Darlene Clauer; his maternal grandparents: Sue (Albert) Riedl; maternal grandfather, David Knapp; maternal great-grandmother: Lorraine Knapp; his brothers: Chance and Jacob Clauer; his aunts and uncles: Barb (Ron) Redwing; Sue (Dan) Thomas; Tina (Mike) Blindert; Penny (Larry) Haas; James Clauer, Jr.; Kim "Fred" (Sarah Kane) Clauer; David Clauer; Shane Clauer; Eric (Deb) Knapp; Jena (John) Barr; Charlie (Tammy Fiddler) Knapp; Scott (Annie Mantay) Riedl; Candy (Vance) Lenzendorf; Kevin (Brenda) Riedl; Marty (Bobbi Jo) Riedl, and all of their families.
Josh was preceded in death by his mother, Angela Marie Knapp; paternal grandfather, James Clauer; maternal great-grandparents: Robert Knapp and Minor and Helen Maas Becker.
Grave side services will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. St. Mary's Cemetery, Bloomington, with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating.
