Greg John Adrian

Greg John Adrian, age 24, of Glen Haven died Sunday, November 22, 2009 as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident. He was born October 8, 1985 in Lancaster, WI at Lancaster Memorial Hospital. Greg Chuck Charlie grew up in Glen Haven; where he graduated from River Ridge High School in 2004. While at River Ridge, he played football and excelled in wrestling as a two-time, state qualifier. He also was an active member of the River Ridge FFA Chapter. He attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and graduated in 2005 with a degree in welding.

Greg worked on the family farm with his dad and brother. Farming was his life, but he also enjoyed hunting, shooting pool, playing cards, and spending time with his beloved dog, Mojo.

He is survived by his parents, Stephen and Lou Ann Adrian of Glen Haven; brother, Adam (Angie) and niece, Erin Adrian of Glen Haven; sister Emily (Daniel) Lilla of Trempealeau, Wisconsin; grandparents, Walter and Dorothy Edge of Platteville, Dolores and Monroe Gardner of Glen Haven, and Minnie (Darlene) Adrian of Glen Haven; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Greg was preceded in death by his grandpas, Paul A. Blum and Duane A. Adrian.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at St. Marys Catholic Church in Bloomington with Father Bart Timmerman officiating. Burial was in Gockel Cemetery, Glen Haven Township. Family and friends were welcome at St. Marys Catholic Church in Bloomington from 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 and from 9:30 a.m. until time of services on Wednesday. The Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington assisted the family
