George C. Johnston

George C. Johnston, age 79, of Lancaster, formerly of Cassville, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, Lancaster. He was born on March 24, 1938, in Illinois. George was united in marriage to Arlene B. Johnston. George was employed at Loud Speaker Component in Lancaster and Rapid Die & Molding in Cassville.

Survivors include his son: Mike and Tina Johnston, Pearl City, Hawaii with 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He also enjoyed many friends who he and his wife Arlene cherished very, very much.

In keeping with George's wishes, there will be no services. Burial at sea will be at a later date. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is entrusted with services.
