Gail R. Irish

Gail R. Irish, age 60, of Prairie du Chien, died on Friday, December 18, 2009, at St. Joseph Rehabilitation Center in LaCrosse. She was born on August 4, 1949, in Prairie du Chien, WI, the daughter of William and Clara (McKinney) Cooley. She graduated from Prairie du Chien High School and married Delford B. Irish. He preceded her in death on July 12, 1995. She worked as a waitress in Prairie du Chien, and later at Ray-O-Vac in Fennimore; and finally for Home Care Select.She is survived by two daughters: Nyssa (Carlos) Guerrero, of LaCrosse; and Tegan Irish, of Las Vegas, NV; one sister, Sandra (Luther) Mead, of Cold Spring, TX; and one brother, Roger (Mary) Cooley, of Fennimore.Gail was also preceded in death by a brother, Edward Cooley.Friends called from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009 at the Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington; where a brief prayer service was held at 1:00 p.m. Burial was in the Beetown Cemetery, Beetown Township.Kathryn A.
