Erlyn "Lynn" M. Raisbeck, age 91, of Bloomington, died on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, Lancaster. She was born on July 16, 1920, in Farmers Branch Texas, the daughter of Fred and Dovie (Padgett) Marsh. She attended high school in Dallas, Texas and then graduated from Baylor University. On  January 4, 1944, Lynn was united in marriage to Francis Raisbeck in Glen Haven. After their marriage, Lynn was employed as a Lab Technician at the Lancaster hospital until her retirement. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bloomington and enjoyed gardening, genealogy, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her children two sons, Dick (Cheryl) Raisbeck of Mukwonago, and John (Kathy) Raisbeck, of Beloit; four grandchildren; Rich (Karla) Raisbeck, of Beloit, Shawna (Mark) Brandenburg, of Janesville; Richard Raisbeck, Jr. of Waterloo, and Rebecca Raisbeck of Mukwonago; eight great grandchildren, Zachary, Samantha and Brett of Janesville; Kevin, Kyle and Jacob of Beloit; Wesley and Tyler of Mukwonago.

In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, Francis in 1996 and brother, Fred Marsh, Jr. in 1998.

Funeral services were held on Monday, February 13, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Bloomington with Pastor Mary Ann Floerke officiating. Burial was in Dodge Cemetery, Beetown Township. Family and friends called on Sunday, February 12, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington and on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church. In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials are preferred to the United Methodist Church of Bloomington.
