Earl F. Friederick, age 73, of Tennyson, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 4, 2008, at home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born on January 27, 1935 the son of LeRoy and Mary (Bies) Friederick in La Motte Iowa. On September 20, 1955, Earl was united in marriage to Pat Leibfried at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Tennyson. Earl graduated from Coyne Electrical Technical College in Chicago. Earl served in the United States Army National Guard. He started his own business, Tennyson Electric, and served the communities in the Grant County area for over 50 years.
