Donald Losch

Donald W. Losch, age 67 passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 at Meriter Hospital in Madison. He was born September 28, 1948 the son of Dorman and Genevieve (Sherwin) Losch. Donald graduated from Lancaster High School in 1966. He farmed on the Losch family farm in Little Grant Township. Donald was united into marriage to Sherry L. Clauer on July 21, 1973 at St. Clement Catholic Church. After the sale of their farm in 1978 Donald and Sherry moved to Lancaster, and Donald bought and sold livestock. He was a member of St. Clement Catholic Church. Donald enjoyed most sports, especially football and stock car racing.

Surviving is his wife Sherry, their children, Derek (Niessa Enloe), Michelle (Aaron Oates), and Brian Losch, a granddaughter Kylie Martin, two sisters, Beverly Fishnick and Rosemary (Mark) Wolf, many nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by a nephew Dennis Fishnick.

Funeral services were held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster, with Rev. John Sasse officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster. Family and friends called on Thursday, April 14, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster, and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. Schwartz Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lancaster is assisting the family.
