Debra A. Wadsworth

Debra Ann (Koelker) Wadsworth, age 63, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away April 30, 2017, at St. Rose Dominican Hospital after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Debbie was born October 7, 1953, at Mountain Home AFB Hospital, Idaho, to the parents of Gale "Ike" Koelker (deceased) and Louise (Pierce) Koelker. Deb spent her formative years in Cassville, Wisconsin. After graduating from Cassville High School, class of '72, she went to Las Vegas with a friend; eventually meeting and marrying Clarence "Irv" Wadsworth on March 13, 1982. Debbie was a retired teamster in the convention industry. She loved arts, crafts, and traveling across the country in their RV. Most of all, she loved being around her four grandchildren, daughters and their spouses, two dogs, and sometimes her loving husband.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Clarence "Irv" Wadsworth; two daughters: Amber (William) McKinney, Las Vegas, NV; Jessica (Robert) Paulk, Monticello, FL; step-daughter, Dione Wadsworth, Las Vegas, NV; four grandchildren; her mother, Louise; brother, Randy (Bernice) Koelker; sister, Jackie (Bill) Ley; many relatives and good friends.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
A Celebration of Life for Debbie will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the River Valley Community Church, Jack Oak Road, Cassville, WI. Family and friends and Class of '72 are cordially invited with a luncheon following the burial of Debbie's cremated remains at Cassville Cemetery, Cassville, WI. In lieu of plants or flowers, the family requests memorials be given to Vasculitis Foundation, PO Box 28660, Kansas City, MO 64188.
