Clarissa Graf Fitzgerald

Clarissa Graf Fitzgerald, age 61, of Punta Gorda, FL, formerly of Patch Grove, WI, passed away on May 3, 2018. She was born October 2, 1956, the daughter of William and Anna (Haas) Graf in Prairie du Chien, WI. Clarissa grew up in Patch Grove, WI. She graduated from West Grant High School in 1974 and later earned an RN degree from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. On March 3, 2012, she married Michael S. Fitzgerald. Clarissa enjoyed her grandchildren and spoke with them often. She attended many of their school sporting events and loved hosting them in her Florida home on the Peace River.

Clarissa is survived by her husband, Michael; two sons: Jared (Holly) Crubel and Matthew (Christine) Crubel; a daughter, Abby Gowin; six grandchildren: Blake, Ty, Mercede, Gabe, William and Grace; a sister, Cleo (Larry) Bendorf; a niece, Kristin (William) Schier; and a nephew, Craig (Debra) Reukauf.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington. Burial will follow in the St. John’s Cemetery, Patch Grove. Family and friends may call Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 9:00 AM until the time of time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Clarissa Graf Fitzgerald Memorial Fund has been established. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington is entrusted with her services.
