Braeden Paul Lee Bausch, age 18, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, December 17, 2021. He was born in South Korea on December 10, 2003 and adopted by Bob Bausch and Denise Janssen on August 23, 2004. As a young boy, Braeden and his father would spend many hours playing catch and shooting baskets. He also enjoyed camping at Lake Joy, boating, and playing video games. Braeden was a senior at Lancaster High School and loved playing sports. He was very involved in Band, Jazz Band, Choir, Song Spinners, Chamber Singers, Solo Ensemble, Forensics, along with football where he was a Captain and earned honorable mention. Braeden also enjoyed playing baseball and was a basketball coach; he took great pride in his role as a team player. Braeden was an active member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, yearbook staff, and was a lifeguard at the pool. He was a fun-loving, free spirited young man who touched so many lives. Braeden was a great mentor to his friends and teammates. His polite demeaner attracted many friends, teachers, and those in the community. The lives that Braeden touched will never be the same; we will miss your smile, laugh, leadership, and just all-around fun-loving personality. You were very loved by your parents and will never be forgotten.
