Ann Koschkee, age 77, of Monroe, WI. passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Monroe, WI. Born on October 3, 1947, in Lancaster, WI to Mary P. (Brackett) Stehura and Anthony A. Stehura.

Ann attended St. Clements Elementary school, Junior and Senior High schools, Lancaster, WI, graduating in 1965. She then briefly attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.

In 1968, she relocated to Denver, Colorado. She lived and worked in the Denver, Parker Colorado area for nearly 20 years. There she pursued a career in the financial/investment industry.

On July 3, 1987, her son Joseph “Joey” Anthony Stehura was born. Ann moved back to Wisconsin in 1988. There she met and later married Larry W. Koschkee in Reno, NV on December 3, 1988. They have been married for 35 years. Their daughter Kaitlin Ann Koschkee was born on September 21, 1990.

Ann worked for A-1 Electric and Precision Drive & Control at Monroe, WI for 20 years, retiring in October 2016. Ann loved to cook and bake and was tenderly known as Mother Martha of the family. She also loved to knit, crochet, read and golf. There was nothing more important in her life than family, especially her three little granddaughters.

She is survived by her husband Larry at Monroe, WI, daughter Katee (Mark Chavez), granddaughter's Gabby Jo, Molly Ann and Livvy Mae of Clovis, NM. Brothers Tom (Linda) Stehura of Janesville, WI, Dick (Diane) Stehura of Woodbury, MN. Sisters Toni Harvey of Port St. Lucy, FL, Mary Lou (Gary) Olson of Merrilan, WI. Also, survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. 

Preceded her in death was her loving son Joey Stehura and her Mother and Father.

Private family graveside services will be held at St. Clement Cemetery in Lancaster at a later date.   Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is entrusted with her care.
