Anastasia L. Vondrum

Anastasia L. Vondrum, age 53, of Fennimore went peacefully December 20, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family, following an illness. She was born December 27, 1963 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Donald and Mary (Eustice) O’Dell. Anastasia graduated from Mineral Point High School in 1983. She married Denny Sporle in the fall of 1986, and later married Tim Vondrum on February 16, 2007, in Lancaster. She was a housewife for most of her life, but also worked for Lands’ End. In her free time, she enjoyed playing cards and bingo, cooking and baking, quilting, crocheting, camping and fishing, traveling, spending time at the casinos, and as much time with family and friends as possible.

She is survived by her husband, Tim; children: Tyler (Shelby) Sporle, and Renee Sporle; two sisters: Rose O’Dell Williams and Margaret O’Dell, and a brother, Timothy O’Dell, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Anastasia was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Sporle; and a brother, Joseph O’Dell.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Church Cemetery, Livingston. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of plants and flowers an Anastasia L. Vondrum Memorial Fund has been established. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is entrusted with her services.
